Most notably, I helped grow revenue 10X in four years as COO for an international consulting startup. My passion is in supporting people and organizations to grow, and my specialty is in engineering programs, processes, products, UX, operations & systems to support this growth both through supporting tech and service based solutions. My versatility from cross-functional expertise in product, operations, training and L&D, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, systems, and finance, allows me to effectively see the big picture of how each area ties into a coordinated and thorough strategic plan. I’ve led teams in person and remotely with equal effectiveness and productivity. I'm a synthesizer to my core, taking complex problems and systems, & turning them into something that is streamlined, simplified and efficient, knowing that beauty is in simplicity.
