He has utilized various Artificial Intelligence tools for autonomous detection and response to enhance the security of IT and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) assets. Additionally, he successfully transitioned Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery processes to achieve a Recovery Time Objective of under 30 minutes.
