Sam Watkin serves as the Ports and Maritime Technical Director for ANZ at Jacobs, where he has worked since 2020. He holds a Master of Science in Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, and he has extensive experience in managing coastal engineering projects globally.
