Crystal Hill holds multiple degrees in relevant fields. She achieved a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology with a focus on Training and Performance Improvement from Walden University, studying from 2009 to 2011. She also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State College. Additionally, she completed an Associate's Degree in General Studies at the University of Maryland University College.

Before her tenure at Janus Research Group, Crystal Hill worked as a Training Instructor at Brandon Technology Consulting, Inc. in 2010. Her role lasted for seven months and took place at Fort Gordon, Georgia. This position allowed her to further develop her skills in training delivery and instructional design.

Project Leadership and Quality Assurance

At Janus Research Group, Crystal Hill has served as Task Lead for various projects, including the Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET), the C-IED Operations/Intelligence Integration Center (COIC), and the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2. She has also performed Quality Assurance by testing training programs to ensure their clarity and effectiveness in simulations.
