20 years’ experience working in technical or management positions, with a strong background working with programs and hardware management. 10 years of experience in the direct administration of all technology available at our site; including Project management to repair or redesign classroom technology. This includes assembling, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware for faculty and staff. 6 years’ experience working with installing AV and Pro studio equipment for Telepresence and doctoral presentations, and online content for either online class content, Distance Learning, or marketing, or counseling. Johns Hopkins Broadcast Studio: • Green screen with infinity curve to the floor, black and white curtain support when different backgrounds are needed. Green screen extends to the floor 12 ft. out and has a special carpet to cover staged events. An editing room was added to the design to host a meeting for storyboarding and a high end 12 core Mac was installed for editing purposes. Domain Changeover: • AD work was needed to change the security groups along with GPO that set to not allow another domain controller had to be taken down to join our central domain. I contributed in a major role converting our domain to the central domain that the university maintained the domain. MDT: • Created to allow a low-cost solution to replace Altiris and allow us to continue to produce quality images deployed across campuses. SCCM: • Worked on breaking down the independent domain rights that we had in place that blocked all of the central services such as SCCM. I then implanted using SCCM as my system to break down the blocks, allowing SCCM to remote and push packages to our public, staff and faculty systems. Create images using MDT to deploy to various types of environments. Counseling lab: • Redesigned Counseling lab from antiquated equipment to use digital output stored into the cloud, this allows for HIPPA/Ferpa compliance.
