About Kunwar Singh
As the co-founder and CEO of Journey AI, I lead a team of engineers and designers who are passionate about creating an innovative e-commerce app with an AI sales agent that helps DTC brands increase their website conversions by 5-15%. I oversee the product vision, strategy, and development, as well as the business operations, partnerships, and fundraising. We just launched in April 2024, and are working with a few initial clients at the moment. I have a strong background in software engineering, entrepreneurship, and product management, with 8 years of experience in AI, e-commerce, fintech, and health-tech. I hold a master's degree in software engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and have completed online courses in business administration, management and operations from Harvard Business School Online, and product management from Bitmaker General Assembly. I have also co-founded and bootstrapped KX9 Inc., a DTC e-commerce brand with self-manufacturing, which is now run by my family and I worked for SafeRide Health, Aya Mastercard, Amazon Advertising, and Violet as a full-stack developer. I am driven by the mission to make a positive social impact through technology and innovation.
