Leading 2 teams of developers from Netherlands, Denmark and UK, we create software products for the Retail market. These products are created on our own platform, called Imagine. Using modern technologies to keep our products top of the market. My background is software engineering. I started out as a developer for over 10 years ago. Using that tech background I can work with my teams to get the highest performance, while keeping the senior management informed on process and progress. Other tasks: Head BHV (In-house emergency personnel) President of the neighborhood association Specialties: Database querying, management and design Documenting, Specifying and setting up procedures I'm very fond of having a good relationship with my collegues, which in my opion is the basis for beeing succesful at work.
