Jongho Kim has been a faculty member at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) since 2005, serving as a Professor. He also held a position as a Principle Research Engineer at Samsung Electronics in Budapest from 1994 to 1996, and as a Staff Engineer at Silicon Image from 2001 to 2002.
Achievements
Jongho Kim has authored a book titled 'Electrical Design of Through Silicon Via,' published by Springer in 2014. He has also contributed significantly to the academic community with over 440 technical papers published in refereed journals and conference proceedings. Additionally, he has delivered more than 242 invited talks and tutorials at various academic and industry events, showcasing his influence and expertise in his field.
