Before joining Kaseya, Keanan Ball worked at several other organizations. He was a Senior Product Marketing Manager at JOW from 2021 to 2022 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Prior to that, he served as a Product Marketing Manager at Copperleaf Technologies from 2020 to 2021 in the Greater Seattle Area. He also worked as a Marketing Manager at Getaround from 2018 to 2020 in the same region. Earlier in his career, he interned at the Canadian Red Cross as a Marketing and Business Development Intern in 2013.

Keanan Ball studied at the UBC Sauder School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from 2011 to 2015. He furthered his education at The Tech Academy, completing a Bootcamp in Computer Software Engineering from 2017 to 2018. This combination of business and technical training supports his role in product marketing.
