I lead with associates and customers who come first. I have run technology organizations of up to 1000 associates. My expertise is leading global enterprise size business and software development organizations. I thrive for excellence in leadership and talent growth. Throughout my career, I developed extensive financial and business acumen and always focused on fostering a strong culture grounded on innovation and operational execution of global programs and solutions. As CEO and a CIO technology executive, I have 30 years experience leading innovative technology solutions delivery to business stakeholders. Sought out, hospitality industry tech leader, I stay current, leverage marketplace competition, trends and business drivers to build new strategies and tactics that are market leaders. As a C-level leader, I provide influence in the advising Boards and other C-level executive leaders on M&A transactions, risk assessments, global security policy, organizational design, technology stacks and innovative business solutions. I initiated and launched a start-up division, SkyTouch in 2014 delivering SaaS solutions to the hospitality industry. I semi-retired in 2019 to help entrepreneurs build their visions. I was appointed as Board President 2018, as coordinator of institutional investor relations for 30+ startups with Moonshot at NACET, a multi-city startup incubator and accelerator based in Flagstaff AZ. Our doors were open to hundreds of entrepreneurs across the nation who pitched their solutions and products to our board members. One of these selected entrepreneurs started an, in space services company, Katalyst Space Technologies which I joined as a Board Member in 2021. As of 2023 the company has excelled in creating 4 products, multiple government contracts.
