Founding Partner @ Intent Fund - Investing in early stage tech startups in the consumer space serving massive, underserved markets for the next billion consumers in Asia. We use a humanity-centered approach to investing and support ambitious founders with a clear intent to position their business as a force for good. Founder @ Sight to Sky (www.sighttosky.org) - A simple solution to positively impact 1 billion lives. We are a non-profit organization that brings sight through eyeglasses to the most remote parts of the world. We have since impacted 50, 000 people across the Himalayan region with partners like Essilor, L'Occitane and Zeiss. Currently also leading the organization's pilot model of micro eye clinics and building a network of social entrepreneurs to solve the the rural eye care challenge. Previously CEO @ Heatwave Shoes - empowering women’s journeys through footwear. Managed and scaled vertically integrated manufacturing and retail footwear business from 1 store to multimillion retail business across 10 countries to acquisition. Masters of Public Administration as a Li Ka Shing scholar at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and B.A (Hon.) in History from NUS and McGill.
