As a licensed Insurance Agent in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, I provide peace of mind and financial security in the areas of Life Insurance, Health, Fire/Renters and Dental. As a Business Development Manager with LSquared Healthcare, I work with Physicians by marketing a revolutionary Pharmacogenetic Testing Kit that gives the patient confidence that the medications they are taking will work with their specific DNA. As a published author, i have written two devotionals entitled, "Joy Comes This Morning" and "Joy For A New Day". These devotionals were written after the ultimate tragedy of losing my only child by a senseless murder. Realizing God still has a purpose and plan for my life, I found joy within and share my personal journey with thoughtful devotions that includes a Scripture reading followed by words of encouragement that will strengthen and deepen the readers own relationship with God so they too, will have joy no matter what they may be going through. Lastly, I am the Owner of DeShields Entertainment, a national radio promotions and marketing company, which focuses on securing and maintaining radio airplay for record labels and independent artists.
