About Aaron Konstam
I am an attorney focusing on all types of insurance coverage matters. My practice involves the representation of insurance carriers in litigated matters, as well as advising on various coverage issues arising under first party and third party policies, including commercial property, business interruption, homeowners, general liability, automobile, inland marine, and non-appearance policies. In addition to advising and representing insurance carriers, I have also drafted various policy forms as well as regularly advise clients on claims handling procedures, including responding to claims arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
