Experienced in Sales, Operations, Employee Relations, Supply Chain / Inventory Management and Customer Service––rapidly moving up the ranks to management levels in a high volume, fast paced, intense work environment. My strengths are a disciplined, focus on meeting goals, creating a collaborative and fun work environment, seeing the big picture, and an uncanny ability to accurately forecast outcomes and scenarios based on fact-driven data, to obtain desired results. At heart I am a problem-solver and fixer––able to bring order from chaos, herd cats and get people on board to do their best. I am a huge proponent for building on the strengths and talents of a diverse work force, promoting from within, and recognizing the contributions of others. I am a combination of “sherpa” and special teams––able to see what needs to be done and get it done––putting the right people in the right place, and empowering them to make decisions, guiding them and sharing knowledge to build on previous successes. The 10 years I have spent at Safeway have been an “on-the-job equivalent” of a Masters Degree in Business Administration––with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Operations and Logistics! I am ready for the next challenge and am seeking a Management opportunity––capitalizing on my leadership strengths and creative approach to resolving a wide range of issues in a rapidly changing landscape.
