His educational background complements his extensive experience in creating agile supply chains across various industries, including HighTech & Electronics, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, and life sciences. Lau has developed expertise in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aiming to enhance operational efficiency for organizations.

Background in Strategic Partnerships

Lau has a substantial background in strategic partnerships, having worked at IBM as the BPM Channel Leader for Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2012. His experience includes spending a decade in China, where he focused on developing ILOG's software business in the Greater China region. He has established and maintained relationships with C-level executives at key global System Integrators (SIs) throughout his career.

In his current role, Daniel Lau aims to help organizations accelerate their Sales and Operations Planning processes from quarterly or monthly cycles to weekly.
