Her experience includes representing businesses in discussions with consumer agencies and attending tribunal hearings, such as the Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) and the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Involvement with National Association for Gambling Studies
Since 2016, Mandy has been an Executive Committee Member of the National Association for Gambling Studies. In this role, she engages with various stakeholders, including regulators such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL). She provides expert advice as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Responsible Gambling, Compliance, and Regulatory environment.
