My Vuong has been employed at KMS Technology, Inc. since 2021 as an Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Vuong worked as a Senior QA Engineer at the same company from 2013 to 2021, accumulating eight years of experience in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In the current position, Vuong oversees engineering operations and has coordinated Quality Assurance (QA) activities onsite in the United States, enhancing the domain knowledge of various projects.

Before joining KMS Technology, My Vuong held the position of Senior QC at YouNetCo for five months in 2012-2013. Additionally, Vuong worked as a QA Leader at LHV Software from 2010 to 2012, gaining two years of experience in this capacity. This extensive background in Quality Assurance has contributed to a strong foundation in testing methodologies and practices.
Education and Expertise
My Vuong earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, studying from 2004 to 2008. Vuong possesses strong expertise in testing web applications, focusing on functionality, usability, interface, compatibility, performance, and security. Furthermore, Vuong holds ISTQB Foundation and PSM 1 certifications, along with 35 PDUs for Pre-PMP certification.
International Experience
With over 12 years of experience, My Vuong has worked on outsourced projects for international clients across various countries, including the United States, Austria, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and France. This experience has provided Vuong with a diverse perspective on global project requirements and client expectations.
