About Nick Jones
Nick Jones is the Chief Merchandising & Digital Officer at Kohl's. He is responsible for the company's overall merchandise strategy and all merchandising functions — including buying, digital and omnichannel merchandising, product design and development, and product portfolio strategy. A 25-year retail veteran, Jones joined Kohl’s in 2023 with extensive experience in merchandising, brand, retail, and leadership. Prior to Kohl’s, he was CEO of Joules Group — a premium British lifestyle brand offering contemporary casual clothing, footwear and homewares across multiple channels and international markets. Prior to this, Nick worked at Asda for over eight years, including sitting on the Asda Board with commercial accountability for food, apparel and general merchandise. Previously, Nick worked at Marks and Spencer for 15 years and held a variety of roles, including roles in Sourcing and Home and Beauty. Nick is an Alumni of Harvard Business School and graduated from Bath University with a degree in Business Administration.
