Current Positions and Responsibilities
Rachel Tsui, PhD, is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Healthcare and Life Sciences Customer Success at Komodo Health. In this role, she oversees the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations team for emerging market segments. She is also a member of CS Angel and an angel investor at The Council. Tsui enjoys identifying patterns in customer feedback to inform product strategy and has a passion for building scalable teams and creating and validating operating models.
Past Work Experience at Komodo Health
Prior to her current role at Komodo Health, Rachel Tsui held multiple positions within the organization. From 2020 to 2022, she was the Director and Head of Healthcare Solutions Customer Success, and from 2019 to 2020, she served as the Key Accounts Director for Partnerships. In these roles, she worked in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she gained extensive experience in customer success and partnerships.
Sales Operations and Business Development at Science Exchange
Rachel Tsui also contributed to Science Exchange, where she held several key roles. In 2019, she served as the Sales Ops and Enablement Lead for five months. From 2018 to 2019, she was the Director of Business Development, and from 2016 to 2018, she worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Her work at Science Exchange equipped her with valuable skills in sales operations and business development.

Rachel Tsui's early career includes positions such as Business Associate Consultant at ZS from 2014 to 2016 in the San Francisco Bay Area and Marketing Consultant at APEX Think Consulting in San Diego in 2014. She also held leadership roles at the Oxbridge Biotech Roundtable, serving as President of the San Diego Chapter from 2012 to 2013 and as Outreach and Marketing Lead in 2012.

Rachel Tsui holds a PhD in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, where she studied from 2009 to 2014. She also earned a BA in Chemistry with a focus on Biochemistry from Boston University, completing her studies there from 2005 to 2009.
