Jenny Wong has a strong educational background in accounting and taxation. She studied at the University of Sydney, UNSW, and the University of London, earning a Master's in International Tax and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, she achieved the Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and is a Chartered Tax Adviser through The Tax Institute of Australia.

Board Membership and Advocacy

From 2012 to 2015, Jenny Wong served as a Board Director for the National Association for the Visual Arts Ltd (NAVA) in Sydney. In this role, she was involved in governance and advocacy efforts within the arts sector. Her work in tax policy advocacy has also included significant contributions to the development and interpretation of major tax measures and tax law in Australia through her relationships with the Australian Department of Treasury and the Australian Taxation Office.

Jenny Wong began her career in taxation at Coopers & Lybrand as a Tax Manager in 2005. She has since built a diverse career across various sectors, including her roles at Westpac and BHP. Her early education includes completing her Higher School Certificate at St George Girls' High in Kogarah, a selective school, which laid the foundation for her successful career in finance and taxation.
