He worked as a Business Analyst at Espranza Pty Ltd in 2010 and served as a Senior Executive in the Infrastructure Advisory Team at Fortress Infrastructure Advisory Services from 2011 to 2012. He also held a managerial position at the High Court of Punjab & Haryana from 2012 to 2015, where he managed one of the largest judicial courts in India, the Ludhiana District and Sessions Court.

Throughout his career, Ankush Dhingra has been involved in significant projects and assignments. He worked as a consultant for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on the National Highways Development Project (NHDP) phases III and V. His role in transaction advisory assignments has contributed to his expertise in managing large-scale projects, including initiatives like Swachh Survekshan and Covid-19 management.
