Earlier in his career, he held the position of Deputy Manager - Lead HRBP for Product and Support Group at Nucleus Software for three months in 2014 and completed a summer internship in the Human Resources Division at Infosys BPO in 2007.

Yogja Singh has a strong educational background in psychology and human resources. He earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, between 2006 and 2008.
