His earlier role at Verint included serving as Director of Customer Care from 2006 to 2009. Throughout his career, Levy has been responsible for managing complex projects and teams, demonstrating his expertise in the cybersecurity domain.

Shaked Levy has a diverse educational background. He studied at Bar-Ilan University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2012 to 2013 and has also achieved certification as a Director and Officer of Corporations since 2013. Additionally, he holds a BA in Social Sciences with a focus on Business Management from The Open University, completed between 1999 and 2004. Earlier in his education, he obtained a diploma as a Computers and Electronics Technician from Mosinzon from 1989 to 1993. In his current role and previous positions, Shaked Levy has demonstrated strong project management capabilities. He leads the execution of projects valued at approximately $200 million, overseeing the entire process from purchase order to successful implementation. Levy manages mega programs that involve between 5,000 to 20,000 development days and coordinates teams of 40 to 80 developers. His experience in matrix management allows him to effectively allocate resources and ensure project success across various initiatives.
