Kristoffer Mago serves as the UX Research Lead at Kumu, a role he has held since 2021. In this position, he focuses on building and structuring the UX Research team, emphasizing key pillars such as Measure and Analytics, Qualitative research, and Voice-of-the-Customer. His leadership has contributed to the integration of livestreaming features into daily life in the Philippines, enhancing digital engagement among users.
Previous Experience in UX Research
Before joining Kumu, Kristoffer Mago worked at Shopee as UX Research Lead from 2018 to 2021 in Singapore. He also held the position of User Experience Researcher at Yondu, where he worked with Globe Telecom from 2015 to 2018 in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. His earlier experience includes a role as a Market Researcher at TNS in Singapore from 2012 to 2013.
