About Todd Guerrero
Mr. Guerrero concentrates his practice on the representation of energy companies and utilities in a range of business and regulatory matters, including project development, acquisitions, power purchase agreements, related contractual matters, large energy facility permitting matters, contested cases, and appeals. As chair of the firm’s energy group, Todd brings together the firm’s deep energy experience and industry expertise to help clients efficiently meet their business objectives. He is presently board chair of the Minnesota Bike Alliance, a statewide bicycle advocacy organization in the state ranked number two in the nation for bicycling by the League of American Cyclists. His passionate hobbies include road cycling, downhill skiing and fly fishing.
