Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning – Bill Gates. With this belief, I try to understand the customers' pain points using quantitative and qualitative methods to create a product that is feasible for the business, viable in terms of resources, and desirable for the customers. With over ~5 years of experience in the digital product domain, I have developed an understanding of collaborating with multiple teams across different geographies to find optimal solutions to given problems. By working in industries like Ecommerce, Telecommunication, Logistics, Retail, and B2B SaaS, I have developed holistic learning of how to identify and define the problem, create a strategy to tackle the problem, and optimally implement the strategy to drive desired results. In my current role as a product manager in Freshworks, I performed multiple stints in its CRM Suite, Customer Service Suite, and Analytics Module. I worked closely with the customers to understand their pain points and define their problems into product vision. I collaborated with the Design team, Engineering team, and other stakeholders to turn the vision into a reality that would create a delightful experience for the end customer. Outside of work, I take interest in Tennis, Cricket, Dance, and Theatre for my overall development and wellbeing. I have been learning theatre for four years and have performed in a professional theatrical play in front of 400+ people. I have also been involved in social work since high school and have organized many events to give back to society.
