She was also the Global Chief Privacy Officer at Gallagher from 2018 to 2020. Her earlier positions include Senior Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Counsel at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., where she worked for eleven years.

Northrip earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, where she studied from 2000 to 2003. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
