Le Botaniste Organic Vegan Restaurant
Alain Coumont opened the first Le Botaniste location in Ghent, Belgium in September 2015. The restaurant features unique food-themed original art, 19th-century apothecary-inspired interior design, and an abundance of indoor plants. Le Botaniste serves a menu crafted from local, traceable, and high-quality organic ingredients. The concept proved successful and was expanded to New York City's Upper East Side just four months after the initial opening.
