Following this, he served as a Business Change Programme Manager at The Regus Group from 2013 to 2014 and as a Business Projects Manager at Famiy Investments from 2011 to 2013. He also gained experience as an Operations Manager at Verizon / Electronic Data Systems from 2000 to 2006.

Akin Magbadelo studied at Obafemi Awolowo University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from 1984 to 1989. He also attended Federal Government College Lagos from 1979 to 1984. Additionally, he has participated in training at Toastmasters International, which focuses on communication and leadership skills.
