Karen Clements studied at St. Michael Grammar School. Her educational background has contributed to her career in project management and analysis. She began her professional journey at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she worked as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Sales Excellence from 2008 to 2010 and as a Personal Assistant to the Head of Home Repair & Investigation from 2005 to 2008. This experience laid the foundation for her subsequent roles in project management.
