Prior to this role, she worked as Managing Director of Direct Investments within Legal & General Capital for 11 months in 2017. She also held the position of CEO for Legal & General Retirement Institutional from 2018 to 2022. Mason was instrumental in the establishment of Legal & General Capital as part of the senior management team and is a member of the Legal & General Group’s Executive Committee.
