I am a commercial lawyer operating at General Counsel and leadership team level. I have worked at the heart of VC and PE backed businesses as well as some of the World's largest companies. I balance growth company agility with large corporate rigour to provide informed but pragmatic legal and compliance support. I am a strong but solutions-oriented negotiator. I have been influential in helping both entrepreneurial and maturing businesses manage and deliver significant change. I foster positive, collaborative relationships and relish change. I have diverse experience including M&A, commercial, IP, compliance, government and regulator relations, dispute resolution and corporate secretarial. I was a member of a prior 'International Management Team of the Year' in the British Venture Capital Association Management Team Awards and have been one of The Lawyer's "Hot 100."
