Ekaterina Khan began her career as an Auditor at KPMG Russia, where she worked from 2011 to 2014 in Saint Petersburg. After her auditing role, she transitioned to a Business Analyst position during a summer internship at simpleshow in 2015 in Berlin. She later became the Head of Regional Office at DOC+ from 2017 to 2018 in Saint Petersburg.
