Lee has a broad-gauged legal practice with a focus on international commercial arbitration and complex cross-border disputes. He is an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute, a Member of the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and an MSIArb (Arbitration). Lee is currently an LL.M candidate at King's College London specialising in International Dispute Resolution. He represents clients ranging from state-level entities, high / ultra-high net worth individuals, and conglomerates / corporate groups situated both locally and abroad (including the United States, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Korea and Malaysia) traversing a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals and sustainable technologies. He advises SMEs and start-ups on the law of emerging technologies such as AI, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, distributed ledger technology (including but not limited to blockchain technology), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and their respective regulatory frameworks such as policies in respect of digital payment token (DPT) service providers under Singapore's Payment Services Act and Payment Services Regulations. Outside of the legal field, Lee is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Tech and the Founder of Vanguard Film Group. Lee is an active angel investor who invests in promising businesses and startups at the seed and early stages to Series B in fields such as emerging technologies, B2B, SaaS, art, fashion, film and FinTech. In his spare time, he is an ardent supporter of and donor towards philanthropic causes which support both groundbreaking research and humanitarian aid for nonprofits, such as the Foundation for AIDS Research (amFAR) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
