With over 15 years of leadership in the health and wellness industry, Colette founded Libbie Health to make convenient and culturally sensitive mental health solutions accessible to all. Before launching Libbie Health, Colette worked for leading companies implementing effective workplace wellness programs. As a Behavioral Health Coach at Calm and internal HR consultant at Willis Towers Watson, Colette gained expertise in executing initiatives that optimized employee health, engagement, and productivity. Colette is certified in Mental Health First Aid and Trauma-Informed Care by the National Council for Behavioral Health and the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. She is also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Libbie Health's somatic healing method.
