Prior to this, she completed internships at the Scottish Child Law Centre in Edinburgh and at HFC 'Hope For Children' UNCRC Policy Center in Nicosia in 2015, where she developed her understanding of child law and policy.

Eszter obtained her Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Eötvös Loránd University. Her education provided her with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices. She also served as Housing Coordinator at the university for five months in 2014, where she managed housing-related issues for students.

Eszter has held various leadership positions, including serving as Vice-president for Foreign Affairs at ELTE ÁJK Students' Union from 2014 to 2015. She was also a Training Leader at Adatsólyom, where she conducted Data Protection Officer Training for Healthcare Professionals from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, she was involved with Erasmus Student Network Hungary as Chief Mentor from 2012 to 2014, where she guided and supported international students.
