About Eric Fergusson
I am an experienced MD and digital leader, with two successful VC / PE exits. I bring strong team leadership, financial, commercial, strategy and operational expertise to the business. At Mous, a Piper backed D2C technology accessories business, I led the day to day of production, logistics, traffic, trade, digital design, content, finance and HR. 2022 saw a host of firsts for Mous, our first TV advert on Channel4, our first bag launch, our first mechanical bike mount launch (Intralock). 2023 will only bring more! At Liberty, I led the digital team (traffic, trade, digital design and content) to deliver 10x digital revenue growth in 4 years and was part of the successful exit of Blue Gem's investment. At eCommera, I was part of the successful management team exit to Isobar (part of Dentsu). During these years, I led the consulting practise, helping brands and retailers plan and optimise their digital revenue, on D2C and marketplaces. I started my career at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where I spent 6 years working in London and New York, supporting companies on key commercial decisions; covering M&A, corporate strategy and procurement. I have a strong entrepreneurial and commercial interest, through own efforts as a startup, and as an advisor and angel investor to a number of early stage companies. I have a keen interest in wine; and have just started the Master of Wine programme
