About Ben Jennings
Managing associate in the Linklaters investment funds team, focused on private equity and real estate funds and with a keen interest in venture capital funds. I act for a broad range of sponsors, advising on both their fund formation work and also ongoing advisory and ad hoc matters. Alongside that, I do lot of work acting for an array of investors (including sovereign wealth funds, development banks, pension funds and corporates) on their investments into private equity and venture capital funds, real estate and credit funds.
