About Sean Lindsay
A veteran of more than a half dozen startups, Sean is an accomplished technical entrepreneur and leader with a strong history of developing and leading remarkable teams who design and deliver new products to emerging markets. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Eager Labs, providing scaling companies with talent and leadership development services. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Tapjoy where he led over 100 engineers and architects responsible for developing and operating a mobile monetization solution for freemium app developers, serving more than 500 million monthly active users worldwide. At Tapjoy, he developed several dozen first-time engineering leaders and designed programs that helped more than 100 professionals accelerate their growth. Sean joined Tapjoy via the acquisition of Viximo, where he was Co-Founder and CTO. At Viximo, he led the development of a multi-million dollar social game publishing business, serving millions of users worldwide. At Viximo he developed a reputation for uncovering high-potential individuals and accelerating their professional growth. Previously, Sean served in a variety of engineering and technology leadership roles at PanGo (acquired by InnerWireless), BEA (ultimately acquired by Oracle), Upromise (ultimately acquired by Sallie Mae), Novera (acquired by Mercator), and C-bridge (IPO, ultimately acquired by Progress). Sean also served on the board of directors at Talla and the advisory board of a number of early-stage companies including Crystal, HelpScout, Draft (acquired by Paddy Power Betfair), Weft (acquired by Genscape), Boundless (acquired by Valore), Nimbit (acquired by PreSonus) and StartStreet (acquired by DraftKings). He created the independent Founder Mentors program to match new entrepreneurs with experienced mentors, has served dozens as a private coach, and has been called "irrationally helpful" for his efforts to help others grow.
