About Aaron Saltzman
Aaron represents employers as a litigator and a counselor on a broad range of employment and labor topics. As a litigator, Aaron defends clients on a wide spectrum of matters and has litigated discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation claims, unfair labor practice charges, wage and hour claims, and claims related to leave. Aaron also assists clients in whistleblower investigations and appellate matters. In addition, he has litigated cases in Georgia state court involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants. As a counselor, Aaron helps clients with a variety of employment law needs, including preparing agreements and developing employment policies. He also has experience helping multinational employers conduct compliance and policy projects across multiple jurisdictions and assisting clients, domestically, in wage-and-hour compliance matters. Aaron is admitted to practice in the United States (Georgia) and is also registered as a foreign lawyer with the Israel Bar. He also practiced for a year with award-winning Israeli law firm, Herzog Fox & Neeman. Aaron graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2013. He is also a 2010 Davidson College graduate, where he played four years of football as a defensive lineman and majored in political science. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys the outdoors and reading history; however, with three young children in the house, you are just as likely to find him reading Dr. Seuss. Aaron grew up in Charleston, South Carolina.
