His tenure at LMI has equipped him with extensive experience in various aspects of talent acquisition.

Before joining LMI, Oswaldo Velasquez worked at Kforce Inc as a Talent Manager from 2015 to 2018. His role involved managing talent acquisition strategies and processes within the Washington D.C. Metro Area. This experience contributed to his expertise in recruitment and talent management, preparing him for future roles in the industry.

Oswaldo Velasquez earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing his studies from 2016 to 2018.
