Before his tenure at Lombard Odier Group, David Berner held various roles in different organizations. He worked as a Technical Project Manager in Quality Assurance at WISeKey SA from 2007 to 2009. He also served as an Engineer/Consultant at TEAM PARTNERS Suisse SA for 11 months in 2009. Earlier in his career, he was a Scientific Assistant at ASIC Design Center, FH Offenburg from 2001 to 2002, and he had a temporary position as an Assistant Professor at Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingénieurs de Bourges in 2006.
Research and Academic Involvement
David Berner has engaged in research and academic roles throughout his career. He was a Doctorant at INRIA from 2002 to 2006, contributing to research in computer science. He also served as an Invited Scholar at the University of California, Irvine for six months in 2000. His academic involvement includes a visiting researcher role at Virginia Tech from 2003 to 2005, which further enriched his expertise in computer engineering.
