I am a Workforce Transformation Workshop Presenter at Lyra Health, a leading digital health company that provides employers with mental health care solutions and health plans. I have over 31 years of experience as a Consultant, Trainer, and Speaker, specializing in wellness, leadership, emotional intelligence, social and emotional learning, inclusion, and belonging. I am also a Board Certified Transgender Care Specialist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Florida. As a Workforce Transformation Workshop Presenter, I conduct live and virtual facilitation, training, and consulting services for various organizations and audiences. I leverage my subject-matter knowledge and experience in corporate, community, and organizational diversity, emotional wellness, social care, conflict mitigation, and mental fitness. I am passionate about helping others find meaning, comfort, and stability in uncertainty, and I am a proud Coast Guard Veteran, a Family Caregiver, and a Published Author. I have received multiple awards and honors, including the 2023 Caregiving.com LGBTQIA Advocate of the Year, the 2020 NASW National Social Worker of the Year, and the 2018 NASW CA Social Worker of the Year.
