Brendah Nambalirwa currently serves as the Director of People Africa at M-KOPA, a position she has held since 2023. In this role, she oversees the execution of global strategies related to Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, and other Talent Management Initiatives. Prior to her current role, she was the Global Head of Employee Experience at M-KOPA from 2020 to 2023, where she focused on enhancing employee experiences across the organization. She also held the position of Head HR & Admin from 2014 to 2020, contributing to the establishment of the people function within the company.

Brendah Nambalirwa has a strong educational background in Human Resources and Business Administration. She earned a Master's degree in Data Analytics and HR from Arden University, studying from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Uganda Martyrs University, which she completed from 2006 to 2008. Brendah also completed the RIKA HR Leadership Program in 2022, obtaining a certificate in Human Resources Management. Brendah Nambalirwa has extensive experience in human resources and management across various regions. Before joining M-KOPA, she worked as a Station Manager at ECair in Pointe Noire for 11 months in 2011 to 2012. She has also led the startup of the people function in organizations across Ghana, Uganda, and Congo, demonstrating her capability in establishing HR frameworks in diverse environments. Her focus includes harnessing the potential of the millennial workforce to enhance productivity in the face of digital changes.
