Brendah Nambalirwa has a diverse educational background. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Makerere University from 2000 to 2003. She further pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Uganda Martyrs University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, she obtained a Master's degree in Data Analytics and HR from Arden University between 2019 and 2021. In 2022, she completed the RIKA HR Leadership Program, focusing on Human Resources Management.

She also served as Station Manager at ECair in Pointe Noire for 11 months in 2011-2012. Her career spans multiple countries, including Ghana, Uganda, and Congo, where she played a key role in establishing the people function in various organizations.
