Before joining M-KOPA, David Damberger worked with Engineers Without Borders Canada as the Director of Southern African Programming and was a founder of EWB Calgary from 2005 to 2008. He also served as a Corporate Strategy Management Consultant at Rogers Communications Inc. from 2009 to 2011, where he focused on strategic management initiatives.

Throughout his tenure at M-KOPA, David Damberger has played a significant role in various capacities, including Head of Production (Hardware) and China Operations from 2013 to 2014, and Head of Strategy and New Product Development from 2012 to 2013.
