Kristen is a leadership coach, consultant and advisor to executives and their teams. With over two decades of financial experience as an international equities analyst and portfolio manager, technology investment banker, angel investor, non-profit executive and startup advisor Kristen marries her analytical, global investor mindset with a deep understanding of people to support both individual and organizational transformations.Kristen has held roles at such major financial institutions as Broadview International LLC (acquired by Jeffries), Dresdner RCM Global Investors LLC, Founders Asset Management LLC (acquired by Mellon Financial Corp), Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia and Smith New Court PLC (acquired by Merrill Lynch). Currently, Kristen sits on the board of Mango Materials LLC, a PHA-based Bioplastics company poised to save the planet from polluting plastics. Through her advisory and consulting roles Kristen has assisted technology startup founders and their executive teams with fundraising, corporate strategy, marketing, investor relations, hiring and corporate communications. Kristen is co-founder and managing partner of NuShu Capital, a women founded real estate investment fund. She is also an angel investor in several startups including Kraftful, a UX provider for smart home devices. For four years, Kristen served as board director and Chairman of the Bullis Purissima Elementary School foundation where she helped raise over $10m for a local charter school. Kristen is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the San Francisco Chartered Financial Analyst Society, a member of 100 Women in Finance, and a member of How Women Lead. Aligning with her focus to move the needle for women and girls personally and professionally, Kristen serves as a director of Cornell University Women's Soccer Alumni Board and as finance committee co-chair. She has volunteered for over 12 years with the National Charity League, the Junior League and with various local non-profit organizations. Kristen coached girls AYSO soccer teams for 6 years and served as a member of development committees and strategic task forces at both The Nueva School and Bullis Charter School. A former competitive soccer player, Kristen spends her free time cycling, hiking and on the sidelines of her daughters' soccer games.
