She worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Consultant in Talent Management and Organization Strategy from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, she was the Head of HR Innovation, Culture & Sustainability at ManoMano from 2018 to 2021. Her experience also includes roles at Groupe Bel, where she served as HR Project Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa and Talent Management Project Manager. Additionally, she has worked at Sia Partners and Reckitt Benckiser, gaining valuable insights into recruitment and change management.

Sarah Boudhabhay holds a Master in Management from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management, where she studied Human Resources from 2006 to 2010.
