Jennifer Meko has an extensive educational background in medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 1987 to 1991. She completed her General Surgery Internship and Residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine from 1991 to 1998. Additionally, she pursued a Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center from 1999 to 2001, and studied General Surgery as a Senior Registrar at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, Australia from 1998 to 1999. She also holds an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
