Siddharth UR is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and a Master in Design Engineering student at Harvard University, where he is learning to tackle real-world challenges by balancing creativity, technical knowledge, contextual insights, and empathy for people. He has a passion for creating meaningful design solutions that save and improve lives all over the globe, especially in the healthcare sector. He has been recognized with 85 international design awards across 10 countries for his innovative and impactful projects that address the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, he worked as an Experience Designer at Philips Healthcare, where he collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to build a next-generation remote patient monitoring system and a single UX designer-led AI feature for a portable ultrasound machine for the North American market. He also interned at Edelman, where he came up with creative solutions in marketing and product development for international clients such as eBay. Siddharth has a strong background in product design, having graduated from the National Institute of Design, India. He also has skills in user experience, prototyping, and visual design. He believes that as a designer, he can add value in enriching the lives and experiences of millions of people around the world. He thrives to design for a sustainable and resilient future.
